The btstackserver.exe process which runs as a service is used by your computer to communicate with bluetooth devices like bluetooth-capable mobile phones. Its name stands for Bluetooth Stack COM Server. If you use Bluetooth devices to connect to your computer, even if occasionally, you should leave this process running otherwise if you do not, it can be safely terminated.
